I purchased the shampoo and stain remover for the platinum collection to go with the machine I purchased at Sears. I've never used better. I have had an almost white rug for 15 years and these products took up all of the old stains. We were amazed and pleased! I got a really good deal on Amazon, and got a free product and free shipping. My local Sears people told me that professional cleaners are now using the Platinum shampoo and stain remover. BTW, Amazon has the best deal on the carpet cleaner itself also.
