Customer Review: excellent on carpets, but.....

This is a super machine on carpets however it is semi worthless on hard surfaces such as wood and smooth tile. The brushes tend to throw anything but dust backward so fast it doesn't get vacuumed up. I usually have to go over the wood floors 3 or 4 times and still miss some.
