The unit is small and very portable, but yet has very good cleaning power. My home is primarily hard wood floors and with having three cats, two dogs and three children a lot of dust is produced. I highly recommend!Customer Review: Really good value

This vacuum is even better than expected. All metal constructions with locking tubes so they don't fall apart while vacuuming. The flexible part of the tubing is really high quality that won't be wearing out or cracking. This is the third small canister vacuum I have had over the past 20 years. This is the most rugged one. Built to withstand lots of use. ightweight for over the shoulder carrying.Customer Review: Very Painful!

I got this vac because the Merry Maids who clean my house on occasion use this vacuum. They recommended it. When I got it, I used it for the first time and ended up with a stiff neck and an aching shoulder. The second time, the latch had broken off the back and I had to rig up a way to keep the dust container closed. And then there was another couple of days of aches and pains. I guess the people who rave about this vac are a lot younger or stronger than I am, but I am giving mine away. I would recommend staying away from this machine.Customer Review: wonderful vacuum

Almost everthing is excellent, except the short hose that requires me to carry the unit from my shoulder. I prefer to pull even a small vacuum on the floor.
